A synopsis

With The Government of the HKSAR’s Standing Offer Agreements for Quality Professional Services (SOA-QPS) commencing since 2002, Bernard has been participating as their Systems Analyst and Project Manager role in Work Assignments from various Departments and Bureaux.

A remarkable records of twenty one (21) successfully completed projects under his leadership, as well as one project in which he was Systems Analyst. These Assignments cover a spectrum of ten (10) Departments and Bureaux.

Riding on his immense project management experiences and seasoned methods and skills, Bernard will continue to strive under the new SOA-QPS5 to deliver successful projects as Project Manager, and assume the role of QPS Programme Manager of SAM until the agreement finishes in 2024.
